We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Skin Deep. Customer Service hours are from 10am-5pm Monday through Thursday.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- All items must be returned within 30 days.
- You must include the original sales receipt as well as state the reason for the return on the aforementioned receipt.
- Items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country in which they were purchased.
- Return shipping cost are the buyer’s responsibilities.

Skin Deep Return by Courier
Clearly identify the reasons you like to return your items on the original sales receipt.

Once they have been received by Skin Deep, returned items are usually delivered to us within 3 to 5 business days. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days following this.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders placed in store cannot be returned by courier, but can be returned or exchanged at any Skin Deep store. Customers must call the customer service to obtain a free shipping return label (if it is Skin Deep’s error on shipping.) Simply print the label and place it on your shipping package
